No machine available.But the dreams are affected by what you you do or think a few minutes before you go to sleep.If you think good things,read good books you may have good dreams.If you read horror books,crime thrillers you are likely to have bad dreams.It is important to make mind calm and clean before you go to sleep.If you are religious minded ,read afew passages from the Bible ,Geetha or Koran ,according to your religious belief.It will help you.
Scientifically speaking dream comes only in light ,half or insufficient sleep.In deep sleep there will not be any dreams.Occasional dreams may be normal.But continuos dreams ,daily whether it is good dream or bad dream ,is not a good feature and indicates sleeping irregularity or mental condition that requires further analysis.Dreams are often unfulfilled wishes,more unfulfilled wishes is not a good indicator,you know.

It's my valuable time to waste but the answer is still no. I could stretch it out with a bit of flambouyant scientific jargon but I've lost interest now and anyone who thinks that it might be possible is beyond irony

i dont know what country you are in but this months readers digest tells you how you can start making your dreams how you want them cant explain it very well myself but if you can get it maybe you can have a go good luck xxx
