Check with the postal service.I read in the news the USA want to extradite people in Canada who sell seeds.I would not do it . If it is legal the government can still put you on a watch list.

yes. hemp seeds are 100% legal to buy online. You can also probably get some at the local health food store. They are a great source of essential fatty acids. Most have no THC.. some might have a trace amount, about as much opium as a poppy seed bagel might have... less than .04%. But hemp seeds, as well as hemp flour, hemp energy bars, hemp pasta, hemp protein powder, hemp oil, are very legal to buy in the USA. You can import hemp seeds from Canada, but can't grow in the USA. At Hemp-Sisters.com we have a two types of hemp seeds, hulled and toasted... both are great. Of course they are only for eating.
I just went back and read some of the other postings and I understand the confusion. I'm refering to hemp seeds that you eat... just like sunflower seeds. Some of the other responses, I think, are refering to hemp seeds that you plant in the ground and grow a hemp plant. You can buy the hemp seeds to eat... no problem and you can ship them in the mail no problem. The other kind of seed... they kind you plant... that is not legal. You can't plant them and you can't buy them and you can't mail them in the USA... almost any other country... no problem... but not in the USA.

You need a permit to plant hemp for things like paper and food. So I'd imagine you would need a permit to buy the seeds as well.

The seeds are sold online through some bull-sht loophole, I wouldn't trust it, getting it from a dealer would probably be a much more feasible path to take.

Yes it is ,I have done it a few times with no problems.there are loads of websites where a variety of that kind of seed are available.The packaging has always been very discreet, so don't worry.

I think that while it may be legal to buy them getting them shipped to you would definately not be legal. And using the postal system to mail any illegal item is a major legal no-no.
