YES!!!!! It helps to ensure your "little swimmers" stay alive and healthy... BABIES, BABIES, BABIES!!!!!!!! Seriously, it really does though. As for sexual pleasure or performance there is no benefits to my knowlege other than easy access!!!! ;)

I would think the greatest benefit would be from not wearing anything at all, but if you are concerned with the sperm count then boxers are better than tighty whities if you have a lower than normal sperm count. Otherwise, it really doesn't make a difference what you wear. That's not really a sexual benefit, it's more of a reproductive one. As I said, the greatest sexual benefit would be from going all natural, since clothing tends to get in the way.

Less chance of testes overheating reducing sperm count.
Try wearing boxers or nothing to bed for awhile, you might find out the difference sexually. good luck.

Only if your partner is trying to get pregnant. They say that men who wear briefs have a lower sperm count.

if you are having trouble getting a woman pregnant and you wear briefs you might change to boxers, since they are looser the balls get to cool off and that keeps you from cooking your sperm.
