I purchased Tylenol pm SIMPLY SLEEP a few weeks ago.

It i reccmmended to take 2 capsules (Diphenhydramine HCI 25 mg) in each capsule.
So reccommended is 2 capsues, which equals to 50 mg of that stuff.... can i take 4? Is it safe?

Whenever i take thereccomended dosage, it doesn't seem to work.

My mother whom has never cared or respected me since i was a kid continued to abuse me throughout my adult life. (verbally) when i lived with her it was i had verbal, physical and mental abuse, which drove me to seek counsling since i was 12 years old, (13 years i have been in thereapy) from what she has done to me, she continues to bad mouth me and my husband what she thinks is behind our backs but isnt. i cant take it no more, i was told i could sue her for mental distress.. how do i do this?

Do I need to see a doctor
I will make the story as short as I can :
I went out with an ex g/f and things went far and we went to bed .
She said she finished her period 3 days ago , so we did some 69 first then completed all with no protections .
When we finished and went to have a shower I found blood on my mouth and on my D.
Do I have to go to a doctor or do I have to do anything now , or what ?

ok its like this.... i have been married for 6 years.
Damn happy with marriage...but obviously we too have our ups and downs. He is like the sweetest guy.... sincere to the core.
But i had a damaging childhood. Had a lot of unhappy moments and we were always on the move. But after i met him, there's been so much happiness.

After many years i feel its affecting me now..... i feel like running away .... coz i cannt live in one place forever. Above all i hate where iam living now.....i hate the culture, people, life style... everything.

I feel like running away from my husband as well. But this mood gets worser with PMS. I dont want to hurt him... but i feel so incomplete in life if i dont do what i want. Also i know how dangerous it out there in the world to venture alone.

But if one day i want to come back... he says he will always be waiting for me with his arms wide open.

The question is.... Should I go where i want to go or should i stay back for him?
