i jst had my period but after it finished i still got period pains..its not constant it comes and goes?? i jst recently had a ultrasounds of my pelvic area and dicsovered i have small cycts on my ovaries ..could this have sumfn to do wif it? or the fact that i just started the pill ?

anytime when i drink a lot the next day the back of my left arm feels as if had been lifting thousands of pounds the day before. i mentioned it to several people any they've never heard of this happening. does anyone know what exactly is going on?

I've heard that they replenish our energy (???) or something- that's why sports drinks have so many electrolytes. I've also been taught that sodium and pottasium are the main sources of electrolytes (that's why banana is eaten before sports- they've got a lot of potassium) but I don't understand how they work? Can anyone help? Please answer in simple terms (I'm really stupid!)Thanx!

My left arm has been hurting for nearly a month. Most of the time it feels like I've had a tetanus shot, and I can control it with Aleve, etc., but if I don't take enough Aleve the pain will travel throughout my whole arm and shoulder and shoulder blade and even my left chest. Does anyone have any idea what this might be. Thanks.

Ok I'm thinking that there isn't any way to measure this but it would be interesting to hear your thoughts! I find it fascinating... pain is ultimately subjective..you know: when someone is sick they feel horrible but you have no idea how horrible they are actually feeling!

i bought a CD called freedom from depression. the belief is that if i listen to it while i sleep every night, and a few times a week while awake, eventually it will seep into the unconscious mind and depressive thoughts will disappear. Have any of you heard of this? Do you think it could work?
im pretty desperate and hoping it will work but it hasnt done much yet.

Ok ok....( im13) <<===So yea...anways hehe, Well today i was sitting on the couch I got board so I ran upstairs and i go on my computer..and I could hear..like perfectly hear my heart beating and my hair was like moving with the beat...it was REALLY WEIRD! and my body was beating to..I mean i dont have any heart problems or anything...I also am not overweight or underweight...-.- is this normal?

My girlfriend hasn't had her period for almost six weeks (since the start of her last period.) We have been practising safe sex since then with a condom and I know that there is a small chance of still getting pregnant but do you think i should be worried? She has had an irregular period before and her last period she took Plan B. Could this have something to do with the length inbetween periods?
