Ok I'm thinking that there isn't any way to measure this but it would be interesting to hear your thoughts! I find it fascinating... pain is ultimately subjective..you know: when someone is sick they feel horrible but you have no idea how horrible they are actually feeling!

Well, of course there are ways to measure.
Ekgs as well as nerve conductivity and other tests can measure the exact level of pain in a body. But of course, there is no way to compare the same subject/person because those with balls dont give birth.

However, as a tie breaker.........
Anyone being kicked is going to have less pain within a matter of minutes...At most the intense pain is only going to last 5 minutes.

The same cant be said for child birth, which can and has lasted several hours.

Well I can only tell you that child birth was the worst pain I have ever experienced.....this was without any drugs, and I felt like I would pass out at any given second because of the pain. But I also felt really strong throughout the entire experience.

As for being kicked in the balls......can't say, as I obviously do not have any. Whilst I sympathise with men that have experienced this, I really can't imagine that it is quite the same as childbirth.

But that's just my opinion.

Good luck on your quest to find the answer!!

Personally I would say that getting kicked in the groin would be more painful due to the fact of how labor works. When a woman enters labor her body has been preparing for the experience, mainly loosening of certain muscles and the release of endorphins. While when a man gets kicked in the groin, there is no preparation, it is a sudden explosive pain. Yes the pain of labor lasts longer then a groin shot but the initial pain and length and slowness of relief is why I say that it is more painful for guys.

Giving beginning could actual be worse, because each now and then human beings pass labor for like 36 hours... getting kicked contained in the balls could be resembling short-term soreness, and then bragging about it later because it makes you look more suitable masculine. Giving beginning could be worse.

Try rewording the question to …If (as a male) you knew that having sex could cause pain of pregnancy labor or the pain of being kicked in the nuts, would either one cause you to not have sex.

giving birth is far more painful

one thing to consider is recovery time

most ladies take days and weeks to recover - can you say the same for a guy?
