Hi,

I specialize in helping people lose weight quickly and healthily and i myself lost 15kg within 2 mths via a detox.

I have also helped people lose a total of 500kg in the past few years via detox.

Big tummies are caused by a few diff reasons:
- too much accumulation of sticky stools inside the colon
- too much tummy fats

In both cases, a detox can help give you a smaller tummy.. My pants went from size 14 to size 10 within 2 mths of doing a detox and the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..

And that's it.

The rest is up to you.

So what do you think? ;)

If you are keen, you can email me at verityy@yahoo.com.
