Ok ok....( im13) <<===So yea...anways hehe, Well today i was sitting on the couch I got board so I ran upstairs and i go on my computer..and I could hear..like perfectly hear my heart beating and my hair was like moving with the beat...it was REALLY WEIRD! and my body was beating to..I mean i dont have any heart problems or anything...I also am not overweight or underweight...-.- is this normal?

Yes, it can happen. The exertion of running up the stairs will cause your heart to beat faster. The sensation you felt with your hair moving to the beat (and the other stuff too) was likely the cause of some extra blood in the vessels under your scalp/skin, again because your heart rate was a little elevated from the exertion.

Not a big deal, totally normal.

Yes, it's normal. Your heart was just beating a little faster and harder than when you were resting then you sat down in a quiet environment. Without noise or activity to distract you you heard and felt your heart beat.

Yes, and you are just noticing it because as you get older you will get more in tune with your health and body, which is good because you have to know how to take care of it and what upsets it and so on. You will be ok but you could always ask your parents to get your blood pressure checked to be on the safe side.

For me ,It is normal ;
We know that ulcerous somefoods after overeating can beating in your heart. or some people can have heart rheumatism but I think that you can be have a cold.You don't fear.ONLY You don't trust your healty and youth. Everytime be careful for your body healty and brain healty .then everytime You can happy.Outgoing not get.

well..if you were running..your heart will beat faster... maybe you just worked too hard too fast.
