Start walking , even treadmill is fine. walking is really really good.
Crunches.
Good healthy breakfast, light dinner, low fat , high fibre food
Low stress & stress related foods like coffee, tea, sodas..
But mainly ,if you exercise in mornings & also walk after dinner, it can help.

Have you legs cut off. That's more or less the only way. That is a completely unrealistic goal. In order to do that you would need to eat 74100 calories less than you use. You probably use approximately 2400 calories per day which is around 16800 a week so that leaves you 57300 extra to use.

If you starved yourself then you body would begin to shut down, reduce you metobolic rate and so your calorie consumption, start consuming muscle tissue in order to conserve fat..........I think you get the picture.

Chalk this one up to experience and start considering what changes you can realistically make to your lifestyle so that in 6 months time you are 55 kg so that you never need to worry about this again.

Losing such an amount of weight in so little time really isn't healthy for you. But, cardio(running, walking, olympic trainer, etc.) can be a very effective way to lose weight. Lowering your daily calorie intake is also an important factor, cut down on sugars and carbs.

So, heres how it might work:
1. Running, Walking, Or whatever you choose, should be used for atleast 1 hour per day, until your targeted date. If you are able to maintain a higher heart rate and keep a solid sweat, you should achieve results.
2. I'd suggest cutting down on all sugars, when i say this, i mean candy, pop, desserts.
3. Look for foods with lots of FIBER in them, fiber keeps you feeling full and can prevent the urge of eating more than you should.

Good luck!

Hi I am currently 66kg and my target weight is also 55kg. I have given myself 16 weeks to do this in as I got down to 57kg very unhealthily and surprise surprise over xmas and new year my weight had ballooned to 70kg. It has taken me 5 weeks to lose 4 kg but this time I have done it the right way by eating well and exercising. U have no chance of dropping even 5kg in one week without having serious effects on your health. Take your time and you will have more chance of keeping it off when it does happen.

67 -55 =12. It s 12K that you wish to loose.
With real attention to a good diet and a regular exercise program, you should be able to do it in ABOUT FOUR MONTHS.

One and a half pounds a week or 3K a month are reasonable goals.

You might find this to be in bad humor, but here goes. Set the refrigerator on the curb with a free to good home sign, on it. I do not think there is any safer way to lose that much inside a week. The refrigerator will be gone a lot quicker.

HA HA! It would have to be surgically done. Liposuction, limb removal, or a combination of both...

amputate both arms and both legs up to the knee or your dominant leg and your head.
