YOU NEED TO GIVE MORE INFO, BUT YOU WILL SEE THE STITCHES SINCE THEY ARE USUALLY KNOTTED OUTSIDE THE SKIN

The sutures are put in when the tissue is slightly swollen. When the swelling goes down after a couple days the sutures will not be as tight anymore. So...it's fine, leave them alone. The doc will take them out if they are silk, if they are disolvable give them a few more days and they'll be gone.
