I use a glass of water with salt and soda powder and drink it into the nose until it comes out the mouth. spit it out.
that is as good as it gets

At the pharmacy you can get some nasal sprays that are all natural and basically distilled salt water. One is called "Ayre" and the other is "Ocean Spray".
Use these and take steam inhalations from a bowl with boiling water in it for several day(keep a towel over your head to trap the steam in). Showering in hot water is also good, as is washing dishes..someone will surely love you for washing dishes, too!

Have a hot cup of, hot buttered rum,hot soup, mint tea.
Take a steam shower or turn on shower to hot and stay in bathroom for about 15 Min's. Also put a cap of peroxide in each ear, left fizz then drain out. Works real good.

I use Zytec tablets once a day and Fez which is basically saline (salt water) in a nasal spary bottle and them together give me relief from my chronic sinus.

pour hot water in a bowl.
put yr face near top of bowl so that u can feel the steam.
cover your head with towel. take deep breath few times.
after that...have a bowl of mushroom soup!!

If you want a non-drug solution, try Breathe Right nasal strips--they work very well. If you're having chronic troubles, you might want to consider nasal/sinus surgery to permanently make it easier to breathe, and to reduce sinus infections.
