time is not a problem. but some say that 3 days of swimming and 3 days gym would be good. cant i do both in a single day? wat type of food should i take?

Swimming is an excellent method of exercise, it's actually one of the best and most rigorous of the bunch since it works on all of your muscles. It's definitely not a problem for you to go to the gym in the evening, just don't exhaust your body out, it's very important to listen to your body. If you do too much, you will give up sooner. When you go to the gym, be sure to work out your muscles as well as do cardio. As far as eating, you should be burning more calories than you eat so cut out unnecessary foods and watch your portions. Build up on your protein for energy and try not to eat carbohydrates near the end of the day. Eat balanced meals and your sure to lose weight!

Swimming and workouts are good for body development.However it depends on the purpose of the individual concerned.
If you are extremely fat and your requirement now is only to reduce weight then before venturing into a strenuous exercise regime consult a physician. This is to find out any hormone balancing needed in your body.

If you are sure that you are healthy but for extra bulging then have swimming and Gim exercises as much as you can 5 days a week. Also control your eating habits.

If you are trying to be a sports person you should have a daily workout preferably under a trainer.

You can have vegetarian or non vegetarian food depending on you taste buds.

When you have time, there should be no problem in going for swimming for an hour in the morning and doing exercises in the gym during evenings. There should be no restriction on your diet as long as you include lots of cooked vegetables, fresh fruits, curd, milk and eggs in it. If you are a non-veg, then consume lots of fish, seafood and chicken. Care should be taken to drink atleast 6 litres of a day considering the two hour exercise regimen.

Swimming & exercising in the morning is better than in the evening. Dont do every thing together in one day & rest for other days of the week. Do it continousily to keep you energetic & healthy. Atleast one hour before going you have to have enough food & drinks and keep one bottle of water with you.

Make sure at least a quarter of the weight of food you eat a day is vegetables around about 1lb or half a kilo. Drink at least 1.5 litres of water, more if you are exercising. Go easy of fatty foods and processed sugars such as sweets and cakes, they provide nothing but calories.

Extremely ok. You can do the both in a single. It's not on your body, it's on your mental strength. You should make your body such that you can resist anything. It would be good if you eat non-oily food. Avoid junk food. And the last thing, be like a rock!

Take good energy bars with you to the pool and the gym. Eat nourishing balanced meals carbs and protein. You will be a hotty for Summer!! Good luck!

Sure it's ok till you remain fit with your exercise. But never stop doing exercise after you feel that you may no longer require because this will help you to generate fat at a faster rate and you will feel bad later on. So continue despite you reach you target just to remain fit and healthy.

Well u shall not do it in same day cuz if u lose too much weight in 1 day it will quickly come back so... And food eat vedgetavles and fruits less fast food
