You should be careful pointing out someone else faults. She might come back with an insult about you that irritates her like your insensitivity. She probably does have allergies and is having a difficult time breathing. Also a deviated septum will cause breathing problems as well. Friends do not hurt friends.

Actually, my first bf had that, and it was disgusting I wound up so repulsed! I think it's like Pugs or Bulldogs only it's a person and it's very disconcerting. I was very young and unable to bring it up. So it was the kicker to breaking up, you know how first one thing is irritating, than another and another! And you want to run screaming down the street!! Well--you understand the sentiment. It was time to move on. Tell her, maybe she will seek help! Because this will be a turn off to many people and if no one has mentioned it to her she has no idea! Be gentle!

Sure Mike--just belly up and ask about it---maybe someone will ask why your nose is bleeding--that is a horrible thing to consider--she might slap you. If it's annoying you, don't listen. I am sure she knows it--she has had her nose a long time. Are you this charming with all the gals???

Just try and be concerned. Ask if she has breathing disorders like asthma or something because of the sounds she makes when she breathes. Then she'll notice that you've noticed her noises.

Hey, this needs practice! To avoid hurting her, you should make a remark out of concern for her health, like: Are you OK?(let her answer)Do you have any trouble breathing? It is very serious for your health!

say so if you could do it politely, anyone will appreciate comments of how they can be better appreciated. some people either play with their sinus muscles or lack control of them that they breathe making such sound. what is normal for most is breathing into openned up nose passage.

Leave her alone and try to be more interested on something that makes you move froward! She is already a victim of a medical condition .
Don,t even try to victimize her with your unneeded advice.

IF IT ANNOYS YOU...SAY SOMETHING ABOUT IT!
I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT HAHAHAHAH
I BET SHE SNORES AT NIGHT TOO. HAHAH
SHE MIGHT TAKE IT THE WRONG WAY. BUT EITHER WAY HOW YOU ASK IT. IT WILL SOUND RUDE. BUT SHE WILL GET OVER IT. TRUST ME. DON'T BE AFRAID TO SPEAK UP ABOUT IT!!THATS THE ONLY YOUR'RE GONNA HAVE HER TO STOP.(LETS JUST HOPE THAT ITS NOT MEDICALLY RELATED AND SHE CANT HELP IT! OUCH!!)
JUST LET HER KNOW IT BUGGS YOU...SOME PEOPLE AREN'T SELF CONSIOUS OF THEMSELVES.
LIKE PEOPLE WHO EAT WITH THERE MOUTHES OPEN AND SMACK ON THEIR FOOD I HATE THAT. I CATCH MYSELF DOING THAT MYSELF SOMETIMES TOO LOL.
BUT JUST REMEMBER THEYRE NOT GOING TO STOP UNLESS SOMEONE STEPS UP AND BE UPFRONT.

No, I am sure she knows and you will hurt her by saying so. Unless you have a solution for her, which I doubt.
