Men and women are constructed very differently but unless you seriously have something in your mind that requires special attention heres just some ideas to consider.
You need to develop self control. Guide your decisions with emotions/logic in a balanced fashion. Often times in our lives we tend to be too logical which can be very robotic. Other times like your case, were vunerable and can cry at the drop of a paper clip. The same way you keep professional attitude in work, you also need to apply that to emotions.
When something hits you thats overwhelming, avoid allowing your mind to fool you into thinking its more than it is. Relax. Breathe. Be optimistic reguardless of how bad things may be. This takes time but if you just sit down one day and analyze your thoughts and learn to focus on remaining in a zone of relief with an attitude that ready to take charge in any situation, you can build your self to stray from these out bursts of tears.
Know your strengths and be aware of your weaknesses and challenge them. Dont let anything get the best of you.

First listen and be quite for some time.Don't argue or speak anything that you are right, even if you are right and honesty. When you start speaking you will get tears.Try to say your favourite gods name or slogans (which give you peace at once) because he is the judge and he knows when and how to punish the harsh person. The second thing you must not think that you must make others cry.Always try to make others happy.Try to see the opposition point of view also. we must not stand that we always right.Some times the things goes in wrong way which we our self do not expect.

This is because you are a light hearted person. When life moves on everthing will be ok. Do you think that the other person who make's you cry doesn't have emotions. :) Be happy. Face everything with a smile

I used to be really into controlling my emotions but when you try to block out all the pain, you block out all the happiness and joy too. Life is full of sadness and cruelty, but it is also full of love and beauty. If people are being mean to you, avoid them or try and mediate your issues (try meditation) but don't shut down your heart or you'll miss the best parts.

first i will from leave that place . i will divert my thinking about my daughter"s achievements, what kind of help is needed for her to do the best.so it will be fruitful instead become tense.then i will ask god why this is happening for me? third one is acceptance . ok they are fools. they don,t have that much of maturity. i will wait for the time and person when ,by whom to explain the situation..
