lay down, take some deep breaths. If the laying down makes it better, then don't worry.
If it hurts on the right side, really bad, then you need to go to the doctor- that's the appendix, and you need to get it checked out asap! Don't feel silly about it, because it really is a serious matter.
You may have eaten something that is making it bad, or it could be gas. In this case, there are over the counter medications for upset stomachs and gas.

It could be one of the following........
1. That u r ovulating....(2wks after periods)
2.That u have gas in Ur stomach,(simple solution,take a
minted sweet ,2 glasses of cold water, lie flat on Ur stomach
makes it easy 4 u 2 pass out air ,this would ease the pain)
3.It could be an allergy,in this case,try 2 take 3 tablespoons
of olive oil, then soak ginger root in a glass full of mildly
salted warm water, and drink. It really helps.
4.It could be that u r distressed or stressed, then, try as much
as possible not to be worried about anything, relax and be
at peace, the pains will go before you know it.
BUT IF SYMPTOMS PERSISTS FOR MORE THAN
6 HOURS,PLEASE SEE A DOCTOR.

Could be gas stuck in your upper GI. If it was cramps that had to do with your cycle, it would be much lower in the pelvic area. You probably ate something that is giving you bad gas and it will soon pass.

It could be lots of things... gas... ovulation... appendicitis... stomach flu. If you think it's serious, it's time to head for the doctor or ER.
