I too suffer from chronic headaches...There are many different types...Migraines are most common especially in females. There are alot of good medicines to help prevent them. Usually most doctors use anti-seizure meds. for migrains. Common symptoms are:Throbbing, or stabbing pain on one side of the head, nausea, sensitivity to light and noise. You should see a doctor to get proper diagnosis. Also ask for a MRI and test Adrenal Glands . Hope this helps

That could be something serious i'd go to the doctors if i were you and get tests done just to rule out anything bad like tumors. You can try tylenol especially for headaches. Someone once told me that rubbing your temples work to relieve the pain but i wouldn't know because i have never had a headache in my life.

As a mom my best answer to this is that if you are getting these headaches that often, get a CT scan or MRI done. It may be that you have migraines, but it may also be much more serious. Tell the doctor about the double vision.

If you are experiencing sensitivity to light, sounds and scents during these headaches, I suspect you are suffering from migraines. There are several OTC meds that will help, such as Excedrin Migraine; however, I would see your MD to ensure it isn't anything more serious! What I usually do is take the OTC meds, lay down in a darkened, quiet room and pray for sleep! Good luck!

Ask the doctor for a CT scan of your head.
