I have always thought that if you eat less than 1200 a day for a while, your body is gonna turn into starvation mode and save everything you eat as fat.
but now my sister who's a little overweight had fasted for about a week and ate almost nothing, but drinking like 5 classes of juice a day, she done it for almost a week-10 day then ate normally (but she didn't eat a lot, she's eating like 1200-1400 calories a day) and she's maintaning the weight, how come her body didn't turn into starvation mode and saved fat in that week or10 days?
