There is actually no age limit on when you can start using a pump. Although it is not advisable on young boys. You can injure yourself and yes there can be nerve and tissue damage if done wrong. Better to go with some jelqing excesizes. The younger you start the better results you will get. Your penis is more supple and ready to grow when you are younger and therefore the results will be much better. Some countries even have tutors they go to to do it for them and teach them how. America will never have that since they think it is all molestation, but I would have loved some older instruction when I was going through it, and know quite a few teens these days who wish the same. These devices create temporary enlargement by suction, which can permanently damage surface capillaries and tissue. You can end up with scarring and discoloration of the penis, and it will not provide enlargement for more than a few hours at a time.
I would advise you not to use them.

Absolutely no younger than 85. Never is better yet. You want to be sure you'll never need it again for anything but peeing, as these pumps can do serious damage.

never, unless you have ED and there's nothing else that worked. You have what you have. Not to mention that a penis pump can cause serious and permanent damage. Live with it.
