Because its specifically on your forehead, keep hair away from that area. Having breakouts on your chin may be irritation from touching that area with your hands or resting your hands on that area when your on the computer, watching t.v. , eating, etc.......... Be aware of where you put your hands. They carry a lot of germs.
Also, drink lots of water to flush out any impurities and get on a acne regimen. I hear proactiv helps. I use clearasil or oxy if its just a spot or two.
Your diet is a huge factor as well. Eat a balanced diet with lots of fruits and veggies.

Quite often this is a zinc imbalance. Try going to healthquest.peoplesway.com and get some PRO MC. This is a mens cream but for tiny dabs to put on pimples it can be used by male or female. Oil of Mink is also amazing for skin problems at the same site. Good luck.

Eat less junk food if you eat lots, as it will clog your pores from the inside. Also as someone else said it could have to do with your hair. My partner had skin problems from a fungus on his head, it even caused him eye problems.
Also, drink a lot of water, the more the better. Dehydration even mildly is terrible for acne.
Lastly, my secret for beautiful skin most of the time is to use a blackhead remover. This prevents me from picking at my skin which causes it to get super inflamed. This instrument will get rid of blackheads by popping them out. It may take a little bit to get used to it but it can do wonders. I learned the secret from my mom. Link below.

Diet...........even if it is a hormonal imbalance that can be
corrected with the proper diet for your body.
I would go to a naturalist that will help you with diet not just
give you a cover up medication.
Also all the toxins we take in through food air and products
build up and clog our tissues......a good inner organ cleanse and a more
natural lifestyle will work wonders and your body will be much happier for it.
Washing hair daily will help keep hair oil from clogging pores

ever heard of Proactiv? it really does work if u use if everyday! and the food u eat helps a little too. greasy foods are very bad for your skin. and dont touch your face too much, and if u have to, make sure you hands are very clean or u will get bacteria on your face which causes break outs!

One question is do you wash your face after you run or jog because sometimes you break out because of that. Another thing is how much junk food do you eat because that can affect you too.
