I'm taking a physical at the end of this month and it's really important that I pass it. I've taken it before and failed the stress test aspect of it, so now that I'm finally retaking it, I'm terrified. I've been walking on a treadmill every day since I scheduled the 2nd test but I feel like I'm making very little progress. Any suggestions?

Start interval training on the treadmill, it will greatly increase your speed and endurance
