I just joined a gym. I weigh 150 and am 5'8". I want to lose 15 pounds because I don't want to be super skinny, just want to drop a pant size or two. If I walk one to two miles on the treadmill 5 days a week, how long do you think it will take to drop the 15 pounds?? Any extra advice would be great as far as things to do in the gym. I eat very healthy already. Thanks everybody!!

nutrtion 80% and excercise is 20 %, as important as excercise is eating healthy is more important, so if you cut out some bad food here and there while excercising 5 day a week you should be able to drop 15 pounds safely in a few weeks

Skip the treadmill and use the elliptical for a half hour to an hour a day. You can burn 500 calories on the elliptical in half the time as the treadmill.
