Honestly, I don't think there is one. The best we can do is live a healthy lifestyle and the rest is up to genetics.

There is none because tallness is control by genes not by food. The only thing is that if you lacks certain nutritional things in your diet, then you will grow slower. For example, milk and cheese is good for bone developmnet.
Again, keep in mind, there is a limit to growing up.... It will stop eventually.... if your familiy members are short, only hope you have is genetic engineering.... Live a happy life, foget about how tall you are becuse it is useless...

Milk is a good option....although i think the best you can do is to excersise a lot, specially something that includes a lot of stretching, like yoga and ive heard that martial arts and gymnastics are good too. People say coffee stops you from growing, but im not sure thats true, it actually sound kinda silly, but you never know. Focus on staying healthy and eating fruit and veggies and a lot of protein.

There is no such thing. But if you take good care of yourself and eat a good balanced diet, you will grow as tall as your genes say you possibly can.
