since i m in clerical job,i have to write much more,but im afraid of holding the pen as i get 2 much pain right from myindex finger to my shoulder as per me i took my best treatment but i m not getting totally relaxed im writing with my right hand this pain goes even to my hip and and in my right side of head . very truly it goes off till i m wearing a sweater which covers my shoulder.i asks my wife and my son to press a bit on my shoulder as we just put on our computer a little sound of the bones comes and i get relax , irequest u please advice me what it could be. yeah i m able to do any any hard work also doing too but afraid of pen any specialist doctor can advice me , or where i should approach to.

I am always in a low, bad mood. I am currently on Zoloft and Klonopin for anxiety, but they don't seem to make me "happy". I am just tired of always being "crabby" as my kids call it (they are sick of it too!) -any advice?

About a year and a half ago, I was visiting a friend in downtown Cleveland. I fell on the sidewalk and really hurt my left knee. It was swelled for about two weeks and hasn't been the same since. I should have gone to the doctor but I was unemployeed and broke and no medical coverage of any kind. I've just kind of dealt with it. It's stiff and it hurts to kneel down. (I'm an altar server at my church so when I have to kneel for a few minutes, thats when I really feel it)
Recently, it's been bothering me more than usual. There are times when it kills every time I put weight on that leg. And, I have to stand a lot for my current job. I'll get medical next month when I've been there for a year but I don't know if I can wait that long. What should I do? And until I go to the doctor, how can I ease the pain a little so I can get through a day without wanting to cry.

hi all,
I'm 16 and I've had Necrophobia(fears of death) but lately I had very bad dreams that included death , all day long i feel better but once I sleep all those dreams come to me .They are annyoing me to much and I'm having lots of bad feelings like nothing can protect me and feeling of hopelessness.
does it mean that my death is comming soon ? and how can we stop those dreams?

Hello... well i was on the pill for 2 years, and had to go off of it because even though it was low estrogen, it still messed me up, because of the excess estrogen, it through everything out of wack and gave me terrible yeast infections. When i stopped taking it my problems went away. I now use condoms, but i would also like some other bc just to be safe. Have any of you tried the NuvaRing? The shot is out of the question (too much progesteron,etc as recommended by my doc). How about IUD? Are they really that dangerous? Me and my boyfriend have both been checked numerous times for STDs and we've been together for 4 years and have been monogamous. We are both and school, and the last thing we need is a pregnancy. Abstenence is out of the question, so keep those opinions to yourself please. If any of you have heard of a diff kind that would great. And YAZ still has too high of estrogen levels for me (and all of this is driving me crazy ;) )!!

My 3-year-old just had cavities filled 2 weeks ago. We went to a pediatric dentist. His teeth are very rough where she filled the cavities. The fillings are not smooth against his teeth. Is this normal? Also, is there anything else I can do to prevent more cavities. We started brushing his teeth when his first tooth came in, he never went to sleep with a bottle, we don't let him eat a lot of sweets, and always brush his teeth twice a day. I feel awful that he has cavities at only 3, but I don't know what else to do to help prevent them. I have even used "Agent Blue" to help show the plaque, so I know I'm getting them clean when we brush. Does genetics have anything to do with it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have had intense itching in my hands and feet over the last week and there is no rash or obvious cause of this. It is especially itchy at night and in the morning. I am not using any new products. The only thing different is that I just finished a course of antibiotics. I just want to eliminate the possible idea that it could be scabies.

I accidentally stabbed myself in my thigh while i was sowing somthing yesterday. Stainless steel needle. it went in pretty far and i bleed alot. Anyways it stopped bleeding. What signs do I need to look out for now. Are there any special reactions that can occur from the type of metal? Hope you can help thanks!

i went to the eye dr. yesterday to get contacts,i used to wear them but never refilled my perscription so i have'nt worn them in a couple of years. the first time i got them it took about a week to get used to them. this time when i went he dilated my eyes and put the contacts in and i had such a bad headache all day yesterday and then woke up w/it this morning. i work on a comp. all day, any suggestions??? usually extra strength tylenol works but not this time.
