Losing weight is a function of what you eat and your excersise routine. Avoid sugar and carbs, like potatoes, rice, bread...basically anything w/ refined flour. Instead, eat more lean protein and a lot of fruit and veggies. In terms of working out - combine resistance training and cardio. It takes time to lose weight and doing it too quickly can be dangerous.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
