Try reading this book 'body clutter'. It deals with how you feel about yourself as it is this that makes you binge eat, not hunger.

If you feel good about yourself, you will treat your body better.

I am the same as you, I dont have the answer and will look for it on here. I find I am good all day then come 8 pm then I break the diet then feel bad and eat more. We have to get ourselves out of the good and bad way of thinking. I try eating grapes at night but to be honest my resolve weakens most nights. Good luck to you, and me!

Eat veggies... you can eat lots of veggies and still have limited calories.

Also, you can maybe chew gum. Chewing gum is only like 5 calories and it takes away the hunger.

But could your binge eating be due to stress or other psychological factors, or is it because you are too hungry?

it's probably because you're depriving yourself on the diet. you need to be eating things that are satisfying and healthy. nuts (almonds are my favorites) have full of good fats, and eating a handful really does fill you up. another of my favorite tricks--those lowfat mayfield chocolate milk chugs. they're sooo good and they fill me up for hours. anyway, nuts, 2% milk cheese, chocolate milk, and veggies are all good for diets. also, you've got to indulge a little every once in a while. just don't go overboard! you might also try eating smaller meals 5 or 6 times a day...

Maybe your diet is too restricting. I like the flexibility of good old calorie counting. You just need to figure out how many you need each day. It's different for everyone.

I use to hate when I would just pig out, then I would feel bad about it and then try and starve myself to off set the calories I had eaten. Then I tried the Apple Patch Diet, I found that it helped to control my hunger cravings. Here is the site I went to. http:/applepatchdiet.com/kc9070/
Hope it works for you too. Good Luck!

There are tons of supplements these days that boost energy and matabolism to help burn fat. In my opinion, one of the best is a new supplement called the apple patch. You dont have to consume any tablets or substances, its just a simple patch that you wear under your clothing and the vitamins and energy boosters absorb into your body. A freind of mine lost 20 in 3 weeks with little or no exercise just by wearing the damn thing! Check it out! http://applepatchdiet.com/da22604

Ah, I've been there, my friend. One thing that helps me is to throw out any food I can't trust myself to eat conservatively. You might also try drinking a big glass of water if you're feeling hungry, chewing gum, or brushing your teeth. Also, find another activity to occupy yourself other than eating.
