I'm 13 (14 in two weeks), 5" 1', 90 lbs and I want to lose some fat, and flatten my stomache. I'd also like to shrink my thighs. Any suggestions?

I have suffered for years from debilitating lower back pain, and doctors only recommend pills or surgery. It comes and goes, but as of recent it has been really bad, cause stabbing pains in my lower sides, tingling in my toes, and hindering my range of motion greatly. I am young (26 yrs old) and it is ruining my quality of life. Any feedback or advice on inversion therapy is much welcomed

I've been unhappy with my teeth for a while. But i'm so nervous, even just thinking about. Not really about the pain but more about what other people will think. I also feel like it would bring unwanted attention to crooked teeth (well crooked at the beginning)

I had my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday and I have been extremely swollen since about 3:30 pm yesterday. I still have to go to school next week and I also have very very very important things to do. I was just wondering when the swelling will go down, or ways to make it go down faster?

I have had blood in my stool for over a year and a half now, I am in the military and have gone to the doctor about 2 years ago for a colonoscopy and they found nothing but told me i have some Hemorrhoids, they gave me some stuff to put in my water and sent me on my way. i went in about 3 months later complaining about the same thing and they did another quick check of my colon and said nothing was wrong. now it has been about a year and a half and i have been bleeding about 3 times a weeks, sometimes more when i use the bathroom. all bright red color blood.I know i should go to medical again but just hate the routine two finger check they seem to do everytime. could it just be the Hemorrhoids ?

my sister is in jail. i've never gone through something like this before, today i was informed that she is on a "medical watch" and i can't see her for a few more days. i was wondering if anyone out there knows what this means!? i've heard of a suicide watch, but not a medical one. if you have any information please let me know...thank you.

I am a massage therapist and today while giving a massage, I noticed this girl a some long scars on her arms, not alot, maybe 3 sets of 3, random places on the arm and looked like were old, she is in her 30's I would guess.
Also, she had alot of other scars and what looked like old cigarette burns???
It was disturbing.

our baby's (1y/o) 1st pedia diagnosed him having PM by looking at his xray result alone and prescribed the anti-tb kit. after 2 months we consulted a pediatric pulmonary specialist,due to persistent coughing, who conducted a skin test w/c resulted negative and ordered us to discontinue his medication. His 1st pediatrician reasoned that it would give a false negative because our baby has already started his medication.we are greatly confused 2 different views, from a pediatrician and a pediatrician-pulmonary specialist.who do we believe? pls advice anyone!tnx

My boyfriend caught scabies and has a mild breakout of it, I don't have any breakouts as of yet, however I just want to know if a doctor would prescribe medicine to someone that hasn't had a breakout, but sleeps with the person who does and has had it for a few weeks now? And if so, would it work if I used it BEFORE Getting A Breakout of it??

This is the first month that I'm taking birth control. I started taking it the day I finished my period and I just took my 4th inactive pill today. I'm still getting use to how everythings suppose to work and I was trying to figure out when I'm suppose to get my period?

I've been taking it regularily, havn't missed any days, and havn't been taking anything else to make it less effective. Once this month we ended up using the pull out method, probally about a week ago. But I've started to get a little bit of cramps and my usually mood swings already. When shoould I be expecting it?

ive been reading alot of Q&A about the mirena IUD. i had mine inserted 2 days ago..i had alot of painful cramping during and after insertion. today- i have normal period type cramps ( this is day 3 of my period) im reading alot about it coming out of place and people getting pregnant... im starting to question my decision to get the IUD. my gyno said i have an enlarged uterus...so i pray that it doesnt interfear with the "security" of my IUD... just looking for some opinions on this...oh yeah, my period has been alot lighter than normal YAY

I have the biggest fear of dentists. I have to go to one pretty soon and I shake just thinking of it. I don't want to tell my mom because she doesn't really help. I may need fillings and am really scared. Last time I went, they pulled a tooth out and only used laughing gas. It hurt sooo bad.
