I have worked in a rough county prison and a "Medical Watch" means that the inmate has a health problem that needs to be checked on closely.
I had to do that with an inmate that was initially brought in addicted to Crack and Heroin.
He was having very bad withdrawls and was vomiting. wee needed to check on him every 1/2 hour.

The same thing as suicide watch but could also include watching her due to some medical/health issues. Does she have any illnesses? Maybe she did when she came in or she was on drugs so they need to watch her. Good luck to both of you~~

Could mean that she is being watched for drugs or a mental health problem.I think if the mental health unit at hospitals are full they take patients to jail.I feel like they will transfer your sister to a hospital when they have an opening at your local hospital. I think this is what this means. You may want to ask your counselor at school what this means. Maybe they can tell you more.
