I have bronchitis too. For a home remedy, drink, drink, drink! Also, Vick's Vaporub is good for loosening up the chest. If possible, stay home and rest for a few days and see if you're better. If you're not better in a few days, you should go to the ER or see your doctor. You don't want it to go to pneumonia, then you could end up in the hospital. Take good care.

Please avoid eating iced drinks, ice-cream, boiled rice, white flour products, iodised salt, sugar and milk. Boil 3 dry dates in 1 glass of milk + 1 glass of water (a total of 2 glasses) until the milk/water content evaporates and reduces to half a glass. have this before bedtime while it's warm and then eat the dates. substitute sugar with Honey and iodised salt with rock salt in crystal form. Be careful while eating out to avoid these foodstuffs. Visit a good Homeopath. He will suggest a remedy to increase your body immune levels.

All you need is to raise your inmune sistem there is a lot off ways
vitamin c, echinacea but there is a product call transferfactor
that does it better; I had sinusitis and is gone,is bit expense but
your health is priority.

... yes! ... you need to get a bottle of Elderberry Extract ... take one of these pills twice every day ... one @ 9a.m. ... then another one 4 hours later @ 1p.m. ... you should also take a vitamin C once a day ... you'll be back to yourself in just a few days ...
