i want to loose up to 30 pounds. how do i do that fast?

Drink lots of water ice water is better because your body has to work harder to warm it up so you burn calories just by that. Also water fills you up so you feel less hungry. Stay away from greasy, salty, sweet foods cuz you know they are not going to do you any good. Working out is definatly a big part of losing weight and staying fit. Don't try to lose it too quickly though. Doctors say that its okay to loose 5 pounds the first week of trying to lose weight but only two pounds each week after. Be careful since you are young, your body is still growin and maturing so be careful and smart about it. Also talk to your doctor.

Losing weight quickly is not the thing to do. You need to evaluate your eating/exercising habits. Cut out sugar (soda, candy, etc), eat fruits and veggies. No fried foods. Walk or ride a bike to go places instead of getting a ride. Losing 2 pounds a week is about right. The main thing is to be smart about it. Another factor to take into consideration is your height. You should talk to your mom or the nurse at school. They will give you sound advice. Good luck. Be careful.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Exercise! Also, eat things good for you. There is a fruit drink called Fuze and there is a special one called slenderize. It only has ten calories. I reccomend you drink this as an alternative to sodas. The Fuze is very good.=]
