find calorie/fitness calculator on the net and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400 calories off that amount it thats how much you need to consume to lose.
you need to do cardio 4-5 times a week to lose weight.
if you want to look good take laxatives before bed and your tummy will look flatter tomorrow.
