If you have used this machine (for a considerable amount of time and as directed), did you get noticeable results? Would you suggest it?

hi,
save yourself the $145.00 and do the same movements. use a kitchen chair, put a thin pillow or pad on it that will move with your body but not grab the chair too. then swivel yourself, your butt, back and forth, side to side, as far as you can comfortably, while turning, try to keep your upper body and lower body in a straight forward position as best you can. your upper and lower body provides the resistance. and the swivel motion of your mid section will tighten up the middle muscles, all the way around your body, at once. save your money and give this a try. i think you will be happy. good luck!
