you apparently have some sensitive skin there or just over did it a little. I seriously doubt its a rash...more like irritated skin....so heres what you should do ---stop using the ance treatment for a few days....just stick to washing your face with a mild moisturing soap & luke warm water, followed up by some type of moisturizing cream or lotion. In a few days you will see that its not as irritated as b4 when you feel comfortable you can start to use the acne treatment again. just pay close attention to how your using it. & DO NOT USE benzoyl peroxide products with other acne products, which is a main cause of skin irritation( cracked skin & burning feeling)

You have had a reaction to the benzoyl peroxide. That stuff works good for acne, as long as your skin can tolerate it. I would go get some over the counter hydrocortizone cream and put it on the rash and see if that helps. Don't use the cortizone cream longer than you have too, just until the rash goes away. I would also wash my face, for the time being, with a very gentle face wash, forgetting the acne type cleansers for right now, until your face clears up.

If you are a male, which I am guessing from your name, you probably have seborrheic dermatitis. Avoid irritants such as benzoyl peroixide and try some hyrocortisone 1% plain.
Good Luck!
