I had blisters on the backs of both my ankles, around my achilles. One went away without me noticing, but the other was not so easy. I popped it using a sharp ring and when I did, this water-like stuff (or maybe it was water, I'm not sure) came out. What the hell was it, and should I be worried?

Well when i was doing my leg excersises, i accidentily excersised too much and know my quads are SUPER sore... like it kind of hurts to walk. I shouldn't have overdone it. I am going skiing in about 2 days, and I don't want my muscles to still be really sore by then. Will it most likely go away? What are some ways i can help reduce the pain and stress in my muscles or even make it go away so i can ski without it hurting? Ice? Advil? Any tips please!

i seen my family doctor on 3/7/07 for a lump that was on my neck. she felt all around my neck and said that everything was fine.but on 3/8/07 i felt the lump again and i seem too have a little neck pain with occasional ear pain.i also been suffering with anxiety disorder since i was 15 and i'am now 25, and that makes every bad thought worst. if you have throat cancer do the lumps come and go.

I tried Proactiv a years back and it didn't work for me at all, in fact, what happened was instead of it clearing up the pimples I did have to begin with, it made them bigger and for some reason I got even more pimples...but I have heard from some co-workers that it worked for them and still does and their skin looks great so I don't know why it didn't work for me. I've seen Murad on tv and it says that it also treats skin conditions that look like acne aside from treating real acne too. I was wondering maybe if I have one of those skin conditions (and yes they do look like regular acne so I could see how they could be mistaken for acne, they show actual photos of the other types of skin conditions on the murad infomercial) and that would explain why proactive didn't work for me. But after being dissappointed by buying a product from tv (meaning Proactiv, of course) now I just don't want to go through that all over again by buying Murad. Please tell me, if you've used both, what is

My husband is six feet tall and weighs about 275 pounds. He has gained about 100 pounds in the past 8 years. He has gone from a size 34 pants to a size 44 and now wears a size XXL shirt. I can't even walk down the hallway in our house at the same time as him because he is so large. We don't even fit in our bed together anymore. His butt crack shows all the time because his clothes don't fit right. His triglyceride level is 252 and it should be under 150. I try to be nice about it and encourage him to lose weight because I care about him and I want him to live a long time, but he does not see his weight as a problem. I buy and cook nothing but healthy food which makes no difference because he eats doughnuts, fast food, and drink sodas all day at work. I offer to exercise with him but he is not interested. ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS????? PLEASE!!!

I got my period Feb 20th. It lasted until the 24th, like normal. March 1st, I began spotting and then then next day got what seems to be a normal period except it's very watery which is not at all like my normal period. It has also been accompanied by cramping, which never happens normally.I'm under no stress at all. I'm actually more relaxed this week than I have been in a long time. I have had unprotected sex pretty much everynight since the 20th. I'm not on birthcontrol or taking any medication. My periods are usually 32-36 days apart and have been like that for about 5 years. I've never experienced spotting or something like this in my life. What is a possible reason for this?

I take my pill every day, precisely at 5:30 pm without fail. Is the pill enough to prevent pregnancy on its own, or should I be using it in conjunction with other methods of prevention?

Do you use any other combinations besides the pill and condoms? We, personally, don't like condoms very much.

My doctor put me on birth control and i am only 14. it is not becuase i am going to get pregnate until i am married. it becuase i have HORRIBLE acne, and the doctor said that my hormones are all waked up. and birth control will line it all up.. i have been on it for about 7 weeks, and i have notice kind of a change, like my face is softer, and they are really hard under my skin, but they arent completely gone so they are thinking about putting me on a stronger dose.... do you think that birth control really works, and do you think if i get a stronger dose will it make it go completely away, and will it make me gain weight?
