Excercise is the best cure when you are depressed. It creates natural endorphins in your body which is considered the "Happy" hormone. Also you feel physically and emotionally better after excercise, plus it gives you an ego boost. The best type would be cardio for at least 30 minutes continously, usually outdoors.

My friends can make me forget for a while, so I hang out with them whenever possible. My nieces and nephews never fail to make me smile. Sex O:-). When I get depressed I get really low and nothing helps for long. That's why I try to always take my meds.

Exercise helps tons! So does being outside in the sun. Talking to someone who makes me laugh. Watching a TV show or movie that makes you feel good (I love Sweet Home Alabama and The little Mermaid).

I make a list of all the things that make me sad and then a list of all of the things that make me happy, then i will write beside the things good or bad the reason i like or dont like them, the things that i am depressed about i will try to think of one thing that will make this problem better, i think it makes me feel like i am more in control of things when i feel like i have no control, & prayer
