I'm fifteen with a weight of 128 pounds, I'm 5'3 my shirt size is about 5-7 in juniors and my jean size is 7-9 and my cup size is 36D. I've always been so paranoid about being a little heavier than I should be. I kinda have a tummy hahaha. So I thought I'd ask and see what other people think

the question that you should really be asking yourself is "am I okay with the way that I look?"
If you are dont worry about your weight too much just eat healthy and exercise. 30 mins of cardio is good for you. if you do that you will be just fine.

you will find that you are right in the perfect weight range !!
You don't need to lose a single gram !! Ideal weight for your weight and height is between 107pounds and 141 pounds. At any rate, you're only 15, just a young lady. Wow !! At that age there is no way you need to lose weight, beautifull and fresh faced and young as you are. What you should be doing is getting out in the fresh air and sunshine and getting into something really fun and active that you really love doing !! Why not try rollerskating, skateboarding, bikeriding, walking in the park, swimming at the beach, anything really just so long as you're out in the fresh and having loads of fun. Everybody needs to play and have fun. Loads of people just forget to do that as they get older so I spose that's why they get all grumpy and tired. Exercise and play will make you feel like a million bucks cos of all the serotonin (the natural feel good drug) that will be pumping through your brain and make you totally tired out so that you won't have time to worry about whether you need to lose a couple of pounds or not. Besides, all that extra oxygen running around your body from all the playing will just make your skin radiant and glowing more so than it probably already is !! If you instead choose to diet and lose weight, just remember that your pretty healthy face is probably the first place the extra weight will come off !!

Technically your weight is fine, your bmi is healthy, etc. If you are asking more from like a "how do I look?" perspective it all just depends. I would assume that you are carrying some of that 128lbs. in the chest area, which may make the rest of your body look very small. You may be pretty evenly proportioned. I personally would say you probably are at a good weight and size, if you have insecurities work on them. Just don't let other people distort the view you have of yourself. :] Any size can be beautiful.

Your BMI is 23. 19 to 24 is normal. So you can tell yourself and others that you are not overweight. But you sound like you will feel better if you were thinner.

Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. You should weigh about 115 for your height (5ft=100lbs + 5lbs for every inch after)..give or take 5 either way! Sizes 4 - 6 for sure.

I don't know why this person told you that. But, your weight is perfectly fine. Just check the height-weight chart here and you'll see you're in the perfect range...
