Yes. Go down first. That'll get her ready for you. Drink some water or something.
As far as pain goes; I'd suggest being extremely gentle with her. Try using your fingers to help stretch it. Then slide in a little bit at a time, until she's comfortable. Maybe don't start thrusting right away, but sit in her for a minute. So she can get used to the feel of you. Then start moving slowly.
If you're extremely big, don't go all the way in until she says so.

honsestly I've been sexually active for over ten years now and its STILL painful for me. when I'm well lubricated then yes its not too bad, also sometimes it hurts right at first then its okay, I would definantly go down on her first ( if she'll let you ) and make sure she is lubricated very well, maybe even try some ky gelly too. also go at a slow pace at first, let her move the way she wants, I find missionary not so painful the most painful is doggy style. you sound very sensative and sweet, you really care for this girl , I think you will get everything right and she will be pleased very well

You ought to take it slow and use a lot of foreplay. During arousal, the vaginal canal expands to allow the penis to enter. If it hurts ask him to slow down or pull out.

With my current boyfriend, it took about a month for it to stop hurting. It would hurt less and less each time. Sexual intercourse will still hurt from time to time, especially when you're close to having your period. If this is something that doesn't go away, it could possibly be a physical problem so if the pain persists, you ought to mention it to your OB/GYN.

Like you've already stated, it does depend a lot on the girl. Some women may experience "pain" each time they have sex, others may never. I would think it also depends on how aroused she is and also take into consideration the endowments of her partner.

Guys seem to think it's all the girl's business, and her duty to stop it from hurting. That's really not true.

If you relax, don't tighten your muscles, and your guy takes things slow, it should hurt less and less each time. It varies from girl to girl, though. Usually about three, I've heard.

For me it was the second time.

It depends a lot on the guy and if he knows what he is doing. It's not just the girl.

you may being experiencing pain because you are not relaxed and you are tensing up your muscles, sex will become enjoyable with time, fool around before you have intercourse to make you relax and to make you naturally lubricated that may help

my first time was with a guy that was well endowed and it took about a month before it wasn't painful anymore. im sure that if it was with a smaller guy then it wouldn't have taken as long.
