Bald spots are sometimes caused by fungal infections, in which case Nizoral should help, but they're also sometimes "alopecia areata" which is a localised immune reaction best treated by cortisone injections. Ther are other causes of hair loss as well.
See your doctor for an accurate diagnosis.

i was bald until i was 3..and im a girl so...first stop using any chemicals on your hair....wash with baby shampoo then less hair will fall out. then do two things once in a while....beat couple of eggs..if you have short hair do 1 egg and beat it up well until its well blended. then rub in your scalp for a couple of minutes leave it in until its dry. 10-30 min then wash out gently not pulling hairs, no brushing out. also if you can at times wash your head with beer. The protein is the secret..trust me it works if only u could see how much hair i have now

I take it you are a female. It could be due to hormonal problems. Need to get it checked.
