im 17 year old male and i have an indian complexion. im thinking about microdermabrasion, not sure if im a good candidate or i should try creams.

I run several times a week plus some yoga and weekly gym. I'm trying to eat healthier, so how many calories should I be eating daily?

Also: I'm a vegetarian for the most part, so should it be any different because I eat no/very little meat?

I'm wondering if perhaps I am suffering from Bi-Polar? For awhile, I get these bouts of depression and I can't shake it off. It's like a feeling of hopeless and lonelyness. Sometimes it's like that for hours, that dreadful state. Sometimes I just want to be alone and want no one to be near me. Then after a few hours I am ok.

I think I got mono from one of my friends and I think it was because he had mono and I drank after him,is that possible?Because I know that one of the sypmtoms is getting sick and having a sore throat and I already have that.I also don't know how to tell my mom that I want to go to the doctors,and now I'm scared to even like kiss my mom or dad.And does anyone know what the doctor will do for tests?[like pee in a cup or draw blood]

What are causes of bloodshot eyes? My right eye is very very bloodshot- (but my left eye is fine)ive had plenty of sleep, so im not tired- The last few days my right eye was very dry- felt like i had sand in it- So I had to use visine..I woke up this moring my lid felt a little crusty- I had to use a lot of visine to lube my eye...This happened once before- i went to the hospital- the same eye was bloodshot (but even moreso) they examined my eye closely- they said the eye itself was fine- they throught it was probrolly an allergic reaction. But why would only my right eye be affected?
It could be anything- colonge- incense, tobacco pipe smoke, shampoo in my eyes, a dusty carpet,etc..-
I keep dropping visine in my eye....What could it be? What could cause 1 of my eyes to become dryer than the other? It doent itch, my sight is fine- just it feels dry, and is very bloodshot- my other eye is fine..What happens in an eye to make it so red and bloodshot? How can I make it better?

ok i am13 and i weight 155 im about 5'4 or 5'5, im soooo sick of being fat and i wear like a 12 and thats not right for a 13 year old! it seems likei have tried soo much stuff and it doesnt seem to help! i want to feel good in a bathing suit becuz we go to water parks during the summer and i dont feel comfortable being with my friends when they r way skinnier than i am! i dont really like to exercise cuz lik i dont have the time. but lik is there a pill or sumthing i REALLY want sumthing to just work for me thats NOT expensive! thanks!!!

I never, never get zits. I have flawless skin except my time of the month, and these zit boils are huge and painfull and only on my face. my skin does not get greasy , just gets these boils. i usually get them on my chin or temples.

I have a tiny dot-sized mole on my face. It's towards my eye and a bit close to my nose. It's rather tiny and light. I got it earlier this year and it's been bugging me ever since. I asked dozens of questions on multiple forums about mole-removing products but no one seem to reply. Should I buy Dermatend from http://www.molegone.net/ ? Is it a scam? Does the product work?

It's just that one particular mole that's bothering me (not that I suspect it's a cancer mole or anything). Should I just poke and prick at it with a toothpick? I think it wouldn't leave much of a mark and it probably wouldn't be too hard.

What do you guys think?

PS. Don't talk about mole-removing surgery because I don't think it's necessary for ONE dot-sized mole.

Hi - after my CT scan and blood tests came back fine, i have been referred to a neurosurgeon for my headaches. The headaches are on the left side of my head,above the eyebrow and become increasingly painful (almost like shocks) throughout the day and when i am asleep which wake me up. Has anyone else ever had this sort of headache before and what other tests will a neurosurgeon do that my GP hasn't already done. Thanks

I know that running will increase my energy which is the main reason I have decided to start. I also undertsand that physical activity is good to help get in shape. Can it help me lose weight or burn fat in places other than just my legs? Are there any other benefits that I should know about? Thanks for all the help!
