im 17 year old male and i have an indian complexion. im thinking about microdermabrasion, not sure if im a good candidate or i should try creams.

You can try microdermabrasion, it is the only resurfacing procedure allowed to people with dark skin. my suggestion is to try several at-home microderma kits and wait a few weeks for results. Neutrogena, Susan Lucci, Dermanew and Mary Kay have good products. If you still are not satisfied with the results, then you can try a professional microderma (it is a bit more aggressive, thus more effective).
After around 6 sessions, you will definetely see improvements.

Okay so my advice is to give it time. They should go away on their own, mine do. You can try nourishing your skin with vitamin E on the outside and eating plenty of fruits and vegetables to nourish it from the inside.

Aside from that, if they last a long time you could see a specialist about a laser treatment for it, they can zap the pigment to make it break up, but don't do it unless you're desperate because it's expensive and might leave you with light marks.

there is a product called bio oil and its vitamin e - because ur spots are dark u still have time to repair them. its the best stuff but dont use a lot
