I run several times a week plus some yoga and weekly gym. I'm trying to eat healthier, so how many calories should I be eating daily?

Also: I'm a vegetarian for the most part, so should it be any different because I eat no/very little meat?

I weigh around 108-115 if that makes a difference.

hey, good job in keeping a healthy lifestyle. you just have to keep this up. i am a person who promotes the importance of exercise rather than diet.
In regards to your question, eat until you are full dont stuff yourself. you are 14, you have a good metabolism, especially since you are active. if you start counting calories, you are asking for an eating disorder.
