I'm not sure if you'd just find yourself more stupid over night. Its more of a realisation that you are more stupid.
Things that affect the brain - drugs alcohol etc happen over time, so i wouldn't say its an overnight thing.
Also you might just be having a bad day.

I just did that today!!! I had to go in for a blood test and so I could not eat or drink anything. SO, NO coffee this morning!! I've heard about this but it never happened to me before. I had a horrible day. Everywhere I went I left things there, forgetting to take what I needed to take with me. It was awful. I had to call back to places where I had been and ask them to hold on to what I had left there, papers and such so I could pick it up later! It was disgusting! I plan on becoming smarter tomorrow, I'm having my coffee!!

That's possible, very possible. It's all about what happend in the past year.
If you were chained to a chair and watched Tyra, Springer, Judge Judy and Rosie O'Donnel - I think an IQ drop would be one of many problems.

That kind of thing generally only happens to people who smoke a lot of dope...or worse...watch a lot of TV. Stay away from that stuff. Read...read everything!

maybe, your brain develops into your 20s, about 20 to 30 you are at your mind's peak, after that it begins to deteriorate. thats why old people are so senile.
