I never, never get zits. I have flawless skin except my time of the month, and these zit boils are huge and painfull and only on my face. my skin does not get greasy , just gets these boils. i usually get them on my chin or temples.

I too, used to get boils on my face just before my menstrual cycle would begin. I went to a Dermatologist who explained to me that my body was retaining fluid which was concentrated on my face, which would result in boils breaking out.
After your period comes on, the fluid retention dissipates.

the female body goes through a great deal of changes close the cycle and hormone activity is all time high. as a result so is the oil production.

Aren't hormones great!....I use Proactiv and it works to prevent most of the tumer-like zits

My friend has those and the dr. prescribed the pill. It worked!
