I've had one period in january and it was my first i havn't had another one and want to know when it will become a regular thing? i go camping alot and don't want to be caught by surprise more often then necassary

Okay so lately ive been feeling pretty sick. I dont reall have a temp its a tad low though about 97.4. It kills to cough but i'm not coughing to often. I have a horrible runny nose and congestion. I didn't get any sleep last night. I'm also pretty much out of a voice. What coudl it be that i have??Just a hard core cold maybe? Is the 97.4 temp normal??? Help please

Here's my ordeal. I'm 26 & I haven't had sex since June. I think I suffer with OCD because I'm extremely obsessed with my health. I took an HIV Test in October and in December, even though I'm not having sex, because i'm so obsessed with "God Forbid I get sick". I plan on taking another one soon, however I started feeling sick on Saturday. I got a flu shot last year, and I work out regulary, so I dont understand why I'm feelin sick. I started to get a fever and chills, but no sore throat or cold or anything. Am I obsessing that it could be something like HIV when I could just be stressing out? No I don't share needles and I'm not sexually active (last time was June). I also have a doctor's appointment tomorrow morning to find out. Am I obsessing?

i hardley get sick
and i've smoked about 8 times and havent got addicted

though i never get sick but ever since i've tried smoking i've woke up w/a small sore throats that go away soon enough. and my lips have gone dry esp. around them. does this have to do w/my smoking..??

I heard that it is occasionally good to indulge in a Coke or a bit of candy. I also read (and saw reports about) how good chocolate is good for your heart and how it helps fight off cancer. Should I eat milk or dark chocolate? I usally eat buttered toast, cereal, ham, and a banana for breakfast. For lunch at home, it is a steak, white rice and black beans. For dinner, 2-4 pieces of chicken, and half a bowl of pasta with cheese and all of the soup. I am, as of right now, 119.6 pounds. I have been asked to go on a safe, well-balanced diet. My question is: how can I make myself eat healthier and what diet can be good for me? My dad and a friend of mine is overwheight , but not obese. I need help in making the smart and correct disicion.

ok heres the thing... im 16 and i have been known for having the softest flawkess skin all my life.. i would never break out or anything and people were always jealous... but recntly during my sophmore year i began to break out and now i have acne... but dont worry its not the horrible red nasty ones it like the color of my skin and there just like little bumps... sure sometimes some whiteheads comout but im just not used to it and feel horrible and disgusting.. i have tried proactive and it just made me break out even more.. any one have any suggestions on something i can use to make me have my old skin? =( im not used to it. and any opinions on what makes me break out? thanks =]

Oh my goodness. Ok, wasnt using my head when I went to see this dentist about a broken filling I had. Well, I went outside my network of dentists on my insurance plan. I go into his office and he only gives me one option for a filling and proceeds to start prepping my tooth for this filling. Turns out, it was the most expensive filling he offered. On top of that I havent received a bill yet and the nurse just told me that the approximate amount was going to be $1,087. She says I have to pay everything up front when I come in to have the filling placed in my mouth. Right now I have a temporary and I asked if I could go with another kind of filling, she tells me it's too late. They have already taken the impression of my tooth and I have to pay for the whole thing. I feel like I was taken advantage of. What do I do?
