ok im 14 and 148 pounds by july i want to be at least 110
please give me like a schedule for like excersises and what to eat
please i would greatly appreciate it!

You dont state your height to know if this is a healthy weight. As you are still growing though i'd strongly encourage you to continue to eat a healthy balanced diet and not restrict your food. If you feel you could tone up then increase your activity levels. Do more exercise.
