I heard that it is occasionally good to indulge in a Coke or a bit of candy. I also read (and saw reports about) how good chocolate is good for your heart and how it helps fight off cancer. Should I eat milk or dark chocolate? I usally eat buttered toast, cereal, ham, and a banana for breakfast. For lunch at home, it is a steak, white rice and black beans. For dinner, 2-4 pieces of chicken, and half a bowl of pasta with cheese and all of the soup. I am, as of right now, 119.6 pounds. I have been asked to go on a safe, well-balanced diet. My question is: how can I make myself eat healthier and what diet can be good for me? My dad and a friend of mine is overwheight , but not obese. I need help in making the smart and correct disicion.

Look at the GI Diet, its healthy and really easy to use.

go on the micheal thurman diet. it is great!! it worked for me. you can catch it on t.v. good luck!!!
