I am recovering from a herniated disc & need some good hamstring STRETCHes. Know of a few good ones?

can you bend at the waist?

Just make sure that you are not arching your back. Bend at the waist

if you can:

stand on one foot with one leg parallel to the ground and touch your toes focusing on stretching your hamstring(s)

sit on the floor with both legs stretch out wide and touch your toes focusing on stretching your hamstring(s)

sit on the floor with one leg stretch out in front of you (right or left) and the other bend your knee to your chess and your other foot on the oppositee side of your knee, get your elbow (right or left) on the opposit of that bended knee and twist your side gently so that your stretching your focusing on stretching your hamstring(s).

Just make sure that you are not arching your back. Bend at the waist
