About a month ago I cut down on saturated and trans fat, cut way back on white breads and pasta, and completely cut out refined sugar. But I usually end up with tears in my eyes every time I go shopping, because I'll see and smell a freshly baked loaf of sourdough, see a batch of chewy brownies layered with creamy frosting, or some other food that I used to get so much joy from eating. I have a hard time not picking those things up and really miss them! I'd like to be able to go to the store and not get depressed over not being able to have the treats I had to give up.

it may be because of one of these causes:
1.it's been pretty warm and dry where i live, lately. it may be from dehydration but I don't know for sure.
2.I had a competition/clinic the other day that i was really nervous about.
3.no. its not PMS.
4.i have a minor cold. runny nose, and a bit of coughing.


help? i dont intend on taking any more tylonol, and i just drank a bottle of water.

how do i make it so i won't have any more frequent headaches in the coming days??

I suffer from sinus headaches this time of year, and there is virtually no medication that is effective in preventing my headaches, so I just have to treat the pain when one comes along. I took 2 Excedrine this morning and 2 this afternoon...about 6 hours apart. I still have a headache and it's been about 45 minutes since the last dose. Can I take a couple of Ibuprophen in combonation with the Excedrine? What is the correct dose of Acetaminophen, Aspirin, and Ibuprophen when taken together?

My OCD is just anxious thoughts, and it is also kinda destructive.

I am going through therapy. Do you think I need to take medications too?

What are the most effective Kinds for OCD??

Finally, how do I get over the fear of having side effects from medication??

The other night I had excrutiating stomach cramps. I felt like I had gas too but I couldn't pass it. I had nausea and vomitted once (that made the cramps better). I did not have diarrhea. The cramps started out mild and progressed to very bad within two hours and lasted about 3 hours after that. This happened once before a year ago and I went to the ER thinking it was my appendix. After being tested for a ct scan for appendix and ovaries, the ER doc sent me home with a diagnosis of cramps with no named cause and a prescription of bentyl. I had some pills left so I took one and I guess it helped becuase my cramps went away. This was two nights ago. I have only had mild cramps (like a dull pain that moves around, not always in the same place) If the cramps come back I plan on making an appointment. I want to ask the doc all the right questions. Does it sound like it could be IBS so I can inquire about it?

I just want to go, y'all. I've made a lot of mistake these past couple months and besides being embarassed, I am in pain. I just want go. I don't want to live anymore. I think about how I would do it. So, far I know that I don't want to leave a big mess to clean up but at this point I don't even care anymore. I am tired of life. I am in counseling and I have set up an appointment to see a psychiatrist so I can get some meds but I have to wait all the way until 05/28/07. That's my appointment date. I don't think I can't wait that long. I think about suicide everyday. I just want everything to stop
