Think about the things that made you feel this way, then realize that they're only temporary. I got stuck in a suicidal rut for about 6 months one time, after breaking up w/ a girlfriend. Just talking to a hotline made me feel ALOT better. Chatting w/ concerned people will help too. You've got all this emotion bottled up inside you...talking about it will help you breathe some. I can promise you this too: talking to a psychiatrist will help you to look at things ALOT differently than you may be right now....the way they really are.

Life isn't easy because it isn't meant to be easy. We all make mistakes in life because no one is perfect so I'm sure that whatever mistakes you have made in these past couple of months, they are probably not as bad as you think they might be. We all go through trials and tribulations but it's a part of life and yes, life is worth living. I understand that you are in pain and you need to talk to someone about what you're feeling. Taking your life isn't the answer because it's not just you that would be hurting, you would also be hurting the people that really care and love you a lot. Have you ever thought about the fact that you might be suffering from severe depression? Depression is an illness just like any other and it affects every aspect of your life. I know because my mother has suffered from severe depression for most of my life and she struggles with it everyday. There are medicines and treatments that she takes that help her and I know could help you too. Please wait and go to your psychiatrist's appointment. I know it seems like a long time but you need help and taking your life is not the solution. Good Luck.

If you really wanted to kill yourself, you would do so, but since you are taking the time to tell people about your problems, you are really just giving a desperate cry for help. Even though we've never met, I know that you are too precious to everybody around you, to this world, to die. If you die, think of all the things you won't be able to do. When you were little, didn't you have dreams? Why are you giving up all of a sudden? Why do you simply just want to take your life, and end it? Hang in there, and don't let go. Find strength within you. Pick yourself up! You need to care, think about all the people that care for you. Dial the suicide hotline. 1800-suicide
There are so many things I've done in my life and yet I want to do so much more. Get married, go to Paris, get my dream job. I want to see my kids graduate from college. You have your wants too. You have your dreams too, so don't let go of them. You will never be able to accomplish them if you die! if your life is that horrible, you can always start again, cleanse yourself.
all these things will soon pass.

Yes it is worth living.
Things can and do change for the better.
I was widowed, having lost my wife of 7 years in a tragic accident, and I suddenly had to care for my two young daughters who were 10 months and 2 years old, respectively at the time. That is a nightmare no human being should ever have to endure. Yes, I was suicidal. True enough, I had two young human beings I had to care for, and that probably made it more difficult to end my life. However, it doesn't take away from my sadness and the lack of a will to live.
I battled through addictions not to mention feelings of doubt, fear, anger, loneliness... every single negative emotion you can think of.
You seem relatively young. Whatever it is that you are going through, you will see that it will pass. Yes, life is worth living, because it is the only thing we have.

Life is precious. I have many bouts with the bad things and the things missing in my life but I still go on. The biggest thing I learned in my 30 years is to accept myself for who I am and not worry about others. You should do the same. Focus on the positive things in your life. What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. I can sense you are reaching out and want to continue living even though you are going through hard times. You can always start fresh. If you want to talk I am always here. Email me, IM me, or call anytime.

you still there???
well listen,,,, everyone has problems.... like I'm married and my girlfriend just broke up with me!
I feel like cra p..... but I learned that life is like a roller coster,,, just when you think you hit bottom,,, the roller coster goes up!
So, I know,,, you're bored.... in pain,,,, but it will get better,,, so ask another question for everyone,,, like "What are your biggest problems"? and laugh at the resopnces you get.....
Life is a gift,,,,,, enjoy it everyday!
