a season or career ending injury to the knee usually in the ligaments or tendons, when it occurs it feels like your knee blows up, litterally it feels like a baloon in your knee popped.

i have a blown knee. mine is where my platella compleetly sperated from my muscle in my knee. o and a platella in the fat part of your knee... bottom part
