i think it's pretty rare for someone to die from rhinoplasty. if that does happen it's due to a reaction the person had with the anesesia, not from the rhinoplasty itself. rhinoplasty is serious in the sense that you are permenantly changing a feature on your face and you could end up with a worse looking nose than you had before. plus it is very expensive, keep that in mind.

It's not very likely it will lead to death... but it does in some case.. in these cases it's not the rhinoplasty as such that can lead to death, but a reaction to anaesthesia or some other pre-existing condition. You must be in good health to go through with the op.. unfortunately a lot of plastic surgeons do not check general health so make sure you see your local doctor/family doctor for a full check up before proceeding with the op.

very little and its not a big operation but still there are risks in every operation so be careful
